Mains Smoke alarm can significantly reduce the risk of death or injury by fire as they provide an early warning when a fire breaks out, allowing those in the premises to evacuate safely. If your property doesn’t have an automatic fire detection and alarm system, you should make sure that a sufficient number of smoke alarms are fitted. The law requires that at least one alarm is installed on each story of a rental property that is being used as living accommodation.
